At busy times of the year, we have a two night stay policy over the summer period and weekends.  However,  we sometimes may have a room free for just one night on the day or a couple of days before, just give us a ring and we can see if there is a anything available.

Terms & Conditions 
 

On-line Bookings
Full payment is taken when booking on our website. 7 days notice is required to either cancel or amend the booking and receive a full refund on your booking. If less than 7 days notice is given, refunds are at the discretion of the proprietors. Should you wish your dog to stay please call us as we only have one room that will accommodate you and your dog.

Direct bookings
A credit or debit card is required to guarantee the room(s) at the time of booking when you telephone us. 7 days notice prior to your stay is required to either cancel or amend the booking . If less than 7 days notice is given, a full one night of your total  stay will be charged .

If a booking is made and the guest fails to show without contacting us, we reserve the right to charge the card given at the time of booking, the total cost of the first night.

Smoking

We operate a No Smoking Policy
There is a no smoking policy throughout the building including our bedrooms. This also applies to E-Cigarettes and any other form of smoking devices.

Dogs

We love our furry friends here at the Kestor.  We have one dedicated dog friendly room for you to bring your companion.  Please contact us directly before booking to see if this room is available as we may have to ask you to cancel your reservation if it isn't.

A charge of £10 per dog per night to cover extra cleaning costs and will be added onto your departing bill.

Dogs are welcome in most areas of the pub and we politely ask that owners adhere to our guidelines whilst your dog is visiting or staying with us.

Please keep your dog on a lead at all times inside the bar lounge and outside areas.

Dogs are welcome in the bar lounge and outside areas, but not in our restaurant, which is where we serve breakfast.  If you would like your dog with you when you have breakfast, please let us know the night before and we can arrange this for you.

Please refrain them sitting or laying on the bar/bedroom furniture.

Please take them with you at the start of your day. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES leave them in the room for any length of time in case of emergencies.
